OVERCOMERS! This word can mean different things to different people. Overcoming obstacles is probably the first thing that comes to mind. When we face obstacles, we are usually in the low valleys of life, but when we OVERCOME them, we stand proudly on the mountaintop surrounded by those who supported us along the way. 

During the next 7-weeks, I will lead a team to raise money to help OVERCOME blood cancers through research, advocacy, and providing patient support and education. Your donations will impact each area through the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

LLS is a global leader in fighting against blood cancers and here is how they do it...

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
